Materials Used: We use various grades of leathers which have been dyed using natural vegetable dyes in creating our dog collars.

How to properly choose your pets collar size: Wrap a piece of string around your pet’s neck where the collar would naturally sit. Mark the string then lay it flat to determine length. Eg: If 17″ circumference then choose a 17″ collar.

How do I purchase a collar: Once you have selected a collar, add it to your shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart” at the bottom of the page. You will note that your collar is now in your shopping cart on the right hand side. Once you are done shopping, click “Check out with Paypal” button on the right hand side, this will transfer you to Paypal’s secure website. If you are paying by e-mail transfer, simply e-mail us your order with description of what you would like.

Shipping: We are located in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada. We ship across Canada and to the United States using Canada Post, with a tracking number provided for your convenience. If expedited service is requested we may ship using Purolator. Please contact us directly to determine shipping costs to other Countries. If you are within the Greater Toronto Area and would like to pick up your order, we can accommodate that and will not charge shipping.  In Shipping Method, please remember to select “Collect from store (free)” at checkout.

Warranty: Our leather dog collars carry a one year warranty, normal wear and tear excluded. If a rivet, screw or concho becomes separated from your leather dog collar, simply return it to us and we will gladly fix it free of charge during the warranty period or for a nominal fee afterwards. Shipping costs, if applicable, are not included in this warranty.

Returns: As your leather dog collar is made to order, we cannot accept returns. Accordingly, please ensure that the circumference of your dog’s neck is measured properly.  However, if the product is defective we may exchange it for a different design.

For Hurtta products, as long as the item ordered is returned within 7 days of receipt of the item, not worn (other than fitting with your dog), and all tags that come with the item are also returned, we will accept a refund or exchange minus the shipping charge incurred.

Any shipping charge incurred from returning the item to us will be your responsibility.
